Emirelle ships across Europe from our fulfillment location within the European Union. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times typically range between 2–6 business days depending on destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Emirelle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or uncollected shipments, additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.
Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. Once the returned item has been inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
