Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns within this period are free of charge.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@emirelle.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send the package back to us. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include live plants, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, and gift cards.

Due to their nature, live plants are excluded from returns and refunds.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.
