Packaging

We carefully pack all items to ensure they arrive safely. Fragile products, ceramics, glass items, and plants are packed with additional protective materials.

Live Plants

Live plants are shipped with particular care to preserve their condition during transport. For this reason, plants are shipped shortly after packing and cannot be returned once delivered.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
