• Watering routine: Water when the top 2–4 cm of soil feels dry. In many homes this is about once a week; reduce in winter. Water thoroughly, then let excess water drain—do not leave the pot standing in water.
• Humidity preferences: Normal indoor humidity is fine. If air is very dry (common in winter), occasional misting or placing the pot on a pebble tray can help keep leaf edges neat.
• Temperature range: 18–26°C is ideal. Keep away from cold drafts and avoid temperatures below 15°C.
