Plant description

Crassula ovata (often called the jade plant) is a compact succulent with thick stems and rounded, glossy green leaves. • Humidity preferences: Low to moderate humidity. Normal indoor air is suitable; no misting needed.
• Temperature range: Typical indoor temperatures 18–26°C. Keep away from cold drafts and temperatures below around 10–12°C.

If you repot later on, choose a pot with a drainage hole and use a free-draining cactus/succulent mix to reduce the risk of root rot. Wipe dust from the leaves with a dry or slightly damp cloth to keep the surface clean and able to photosynthesise efficiently.
