This Jungle Bouquet is a ready-made live orchid and greenery arrangement featuring three orange Phalaenopsis orchids (Bolzano, 9 cm pots) combined with three Rhipsalis plants (6 cm pots), set into a twisted cotton basket with an integrated water reservoir and wick system. With an approximate height of 35 cm, it is designed to give you the look of a planted orchid bowl while reducing how often you need to lift plants out for watering.
The orchids bring warm orange blooms with multiple flowers per stem, supported by dark, upright stakes for a clean silhouette. At the base, the Rhipsalis adds soft, cactus-like texture in fresh green, filling the arrangement and keeping it looking full from every angle. The cotton basket has a natural, woven surface that sits comfortably in calm interiors—light, tactile, and easy to place on a sideboard, table, or kitchen counter.
A built-in reservoir supplies water through cords (wicks), helping the potting medium stay evenly moist without frequent handling. This is especially useful for Phalaenopsis orchids, which prefer consistent but gentle moisture and dislike standing water around the crown.
Plant care
- Light requirements: Bright, indirect light. A few hours of gentle morning or evening sun is fine; avoid strong midday sun that can scorch leaves and flowers.
- Watering routine: Keep a small amount of water in the reservoir and allow the wicks to do the work. Top up when the reservoir is nearly empty. If watering from above, water the potting medium only and keep water out of the orchid crown (the centre of the leaves).
- Humidity preferences: Moderate humidity. In very dry rooms, occasional misting around (not directly into) the flowers or placing the arrangement away from radiators helps extend bloom time.
- Temperature range: Typical indoor temperatures 18–26°C. Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below 15°C.

Use the reservoir as intended: it reduces the risk of overwatering and keeps the orchids steadier in their cover pot. Remove faded orchid flowers as they finish; if a stem stays green, it can be trimmed above a node to encourage a side shoot. Wipe the leaves with a soft, damp cloth to keep them dust-free and able to photosynthesise efficiently. As with all live products, the plants may show small natural variations from the photos.
