Phalaenopsis Orchid, Succulent Set – White, Pink

Regular price €41,99

Plant description

This set includes a white Phalaenopsis orchid (Nazaré) and a compact succulent, each planted in a glossy, soft-pink ceramic fish pot. The larger pot (Ø9 cm) holds the flowering orchid, and the smaller pot (Ø6 cm) holds the succulent. With its clean white blooms and calm pastel ceramics, the set works as an easy, finished arrangement for a windowsill, shelf, or side table. Approximate height of the orchid at delivery is around 25 cm (including pot).

The pots are sculpted with subtle fish details—scaled texture, a rounded silhouette, and a small handle-like fin—finished in a smooth glaze that reflects light softly. The plants provide contrast in shape: the orchid’s arching stems and deep green leaves alongside the succulent’s structured rosette form.

Please note that, as with all living plants, natural variation is expected. The orchid is supplied with 2–3 strong flower stems depending on availability, and the number of open flowers and buds may vary. The orchid may also develop a heart spike (a stem growing from the centre); this is a natural growth pattern and does not reduce quality or flowering performance. The succulent in the 6 cm pot may differ slightly from the photo.

Plant care

  • Light requirements: Orchid: bright, indirect light (avoid harsh midday sun). Succulent: very bright light; a few hours of gentle sun is beneficial.
  • Watering routine: Orchid: water when the potting medium is almost dry—typically every 7–10 days. Let excess water drain fully; avoid leaving water in the decorative pot. Succulent: water sparingly only when soil is fully dry (often every 2–3 weeks; less in winter).
  • Humidity preferences: Orchid: moderate humidity (40–60%) with good air circulation. Succulent: normal indoor humidity; avoid consistently damp air.
  • Temperature range: Orchid: 18–26°C, avoid drafts and cold windows at night. Succulent: 16–26°C; keep above 10–12°C.

Growth and characteristics

  • Plant species: Phalaenopsis (Nazaré) orchid + mixed succulent (variety may vary).
  • Mature height: Phalaenopsis typically 40–70 cm when established and in bloom; the succulent stays compact.
  • Leaf or flower type: Orchid: white, long-lasting flowers with buds opening gradually; thick, glossy leaves. Succulent: fleshy leaves in a rosette form for water storage.
  • Growth speed: Orchid: moderate; new leaves and roots develop steadily. Succulent: slow to moderate depending on light.

Placement in the home

Place the orchid near an east- or west-facing window where it receives bright, filtered light. The succulent will prefer the brightest spot available—ideal on a sunny windowsill or a well-lit kitchen ledge. Together, the two sizes work well as a pair on a console table in the hallway, on a coffee table tray, or grouped with books and ceramics on open shelving.

Care tips

For the orchid, avoid watering into the crown (the centre of the leaves) and remove any standing water to prevent rot. If the room is dry, a shallow pebble tray nearby can help, but keep the roots airy. For the succulent, use a “soak and dry” approach and rotate the pot occasionally for even growth. Both plants prefer stable conditions rather than frequent moving.
