Kokodama Monstera Minima Hang is a live hanging houseplant featuring Rhaphidophora tetrasperma (often sold as Monstera Minima or “hole plant”). The plant is presented as a kokodama: a compact, suspended root ball wrapped in natural coconut fibre, finished with a simple hanging cord and chain. With a pot size of Ø15 cm and an approximate height of 25 cm, it is an easy way to add greenery when shelf and floor space is limited.

The foliage is fresh green with characteristic splits and openings that develop more clearly as the plant matures. The growth habit is light and climbing, and in a hanging setup the stems fall softly over the kokodama, creating a relaxed, natural silhouette. Plant care

• Light requirements: Bright, indirect light is ideal. Tolerates partial shade, but growth will be slower. Avoid strong, direct sun which can scorch the leaves.
• Watering routine: Keep the root ball slightly moist. For kokodama, water is best given by soaking the ball in room-temperature water for 10–20 minutes, then letting it drain fully before rehanging. Water again when the outer surface feels dry and the ball feels lighter. In winter, water less often.
• Humidity preferences: Prefers moderate to higher humidity. Occasional misting or placing it near other plants helps, especially in heated rooms.
• Temperature range: Typical indoor temperatures of 18–26°C. Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below about 15°C.
